Breweries and Distilleries
Freshly ground malt contributes to purity and intense flavour when brewing beer and distilling whisky or spirit.
Agricall crushers simply grind the malt grains whole and compact, producing as little flour as possible and retaining the kernel husk.
This allows for the ideal preparation of the malt for the brewing or distilling process and provides a natural filter layer for purification.
Roller adjustment
Thanks to the simple adjustment of the rollers, the product can be treated in the ideal way for subsequent fermentation.
SUPER 1000 INOX is made entirely of stainless steel in compliance with current European standards for machinery used in the processing of products intended for human consumption (FOOD GRADE).
The special rollers patented by Agricall are also made of stainless steel with a special anti-wear treatment.
Excellent results
Agricall crushers are strong machines, with a compact design and easy to use, but the feature that allows this excellent result is the processing of the cereal. Agrical rollers are special, they have a helical shape and a smooth surface, so they treat the product delicately, without attacking or fraying it. They also rotate more slowly than similar mills and do not overheat the product.
